The wait is over as James Cameron’s mega hit Avatar blu-ray DVD goes on sale tomorrow, April 22, 2010! The DVD we have all been waiting for, although the 3D version will roll out later. Smart marketing, but annoying. For under $20 you can own ‘Avatar’ on blu-ray, and when you buy a 3D TV & 3D blu-ray player you can get a copy of Avatar 3D on blu-ray disc and really enjoy the first 3D TV Technology that broke barriers!

As I read this article I can’t wait to see what comes next in 3d TV technology as well as video games and computer applications going 3D. Perhaps a 3D website or blog is int he works, I most certainly would love to make this a 3D blog!

Avatar was a movie which has virtually changed the face of the movie world. The film used cutting edge animation technology which gave the characters a more lifelike feel and most of all used a very advanced form of 3d animation.
